Quiet of the country
Away from urban chaos
My breathing slows

Haiku every day is the assignment from the latest class I'm taking. A traditional haiku focuses on nature and has 17 syllables broken into three lines, with the first line having five syllables, the second line seven, and the third line five syllables.
